I have been supporting artists and producing companies with technical design and management services for over thirty years. During that time I have also pursued an independent career as an artist producing my own performing (and not) art installations whose focus has been on introducing new audiences to avant-garde and surrealist performance practices in an attempt to bridge the gap between what audiences consider "high-brow ART" and "low-brow ENTERTAINMENT" to demonstrate that the artistic legacy of the past directly informs how we consume, enjoy and talk about ART today.

Building, designing and performing with puppets has been a passion of mine since a small child. Though I have worked on almost every kind of puppet imaginable at some point, I mainly specialize in shadow puppetry today.

I was raised by a mother who earned her fine arts degree when I was barely out of diapers. My earliest memories are of sitting next to her easel while she worked and I have lived in her shadow ever since; drawing, painting and sculpting.

Yes, this is what I went to university for (also philosophy but that doesn't really make for an interesting portfolio) and I still design stuff for theaters large and small when ever I get the chance.

I grew up being forced to take classical piano from the age of 5 until I was old enough to say "NO MORE!" That said, glad I did as I have been playing with electronic music, recording and producing audio and video productions for decades for a variety of clients. (I was 17 in case you were wondering.)
